Terms of Service
The short version. StealthFleet is software you run on your own Windows machines under a subscription licence. Your tier sets how many account attempts per day and how many parallel browsers the licence server will grant. You bring your own proxies, mailboxes and accounts, and you use the product only on accounts and services you are authorized to automate. Your data stays on your PC except for the transfers listed in the privacy policy. We make no promise about success rates on third-party services.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Stealth LLC ("we", "us", "StealthNetwork"). They cover the StealthFleet desktop application, its licence and update servers, the StealthPanel remote view, and the buyer mailbox portal (together, "the Service").
StealthAccounts and StealthProxies are sold separately through their own Discord servers. They have their own terms, which are not these.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service.
2. The licence
While your subscription is active we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run StealthFleet on machines you own or control, paired to your licence key. The software is licensed, not sold. We keep every right not expressly granted.
Each machine you run it on is paired to your licence and signs its own requests to the licence server. The number of machines that may be paired at the same time is a fair-use cap, not a priced axis: Starter 1, Pro 2, Fleet 3 and Founder 3. Browsers are pooled across your paired machines.
You may not share, resell, sublicense or publish your licence key, run the software for other people as a service, remove or defeat the licence check, or redistribute the software or its anti-detect engine. Doing any of these ends the licence under section 9.
3. Tiers and limits
Every tier is sized by account attempts per day, then by the number of browsers that may run at the same time. These are the limits the licence server enforces: a launch beyond them is refused.
| Tier | Attempts per day | Parallel browsers | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 50 | 1 | $25 | $250 |
| Pro | 200 | 2 | $50 | $500 |
| Fleet | 500 | 3, plus $20 per month for each extra browser, up to 5 in total | $99 | $990 |
| Founder | 500 | 3 | $50 while continuously subscribed | n/a |
- The daily limit counts attempts, not successful registrations, in a rolling 24-hour window. It does not reset at midnight and unused attempts do not carry over.
- Attempts are granted in small batches that expire after about 15 minutes. A batch that expires unused still counts against your day. The server never grants more than one unspent batch at a time.
- The extra-browser add-on is available on Fleet only.
- Annual billing is ten times the monthly price, paid in advance.
- Founder pricing is a discount for the beta cohort on a subscription, not a perpetual licence. It stays as long as the subscription is continuously active; a lapse of more than 30 days returns the account to list price. There is no lifetime tier.
- Throughput figures we publish are measurements from our own runs, about 16 attempts per hour per browser. They describe how long a quota takes to use; they are not a promise of what you will get.
We may change prices and limits for future billing periods with at least 30 days notice on the product Discord. A change never reduces what an already-paid period includes.
4. Acceptable use
Use StealthFleet only on accounts and services you are authorized to automate. You are responsible for complying with the terms of every third-party service, proxy provider and mailbox provider you connect the software to, and with the laws that apply to you.
You must not:
- use the Service to access an account, system or service without the authorization of its owner;
- use it to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone, or for any unlawful purpose;
- interfere with the licence server, the update server, StealthPanel or the buyer portal, or probe them beyond what the software itself does;
- send us, or store on our servers, anyone's personal data without a lawful basis to do so.
The proxies, mailboxes, API keys and accounts you connect are yours. We do not supply them with the licence and we are not a party to your agreements with their providers.
5. Your data
StealthFleet keeps its working data, including every credential you give it, in a folder on your own PC. The privacy policy lists exactly what leaves your PC and when. You are responsible for backing that folder up, for securing the machines you run it on, and for anyone you give access to them. Encryption of that folder at rest is optional and off by default; if you turn it on and lose the recovery key, we cannot recover the contents.
Files the software writes for you to hand to other tools (account exports, hand-off files, buyer mailbox links) contain credentials. Once you move them off your PC, their security is your responsibility.
6. Third-party services and no guarantee of results
StealthFleet works against websites and services that we do not control and that change without notice, including their anti-bot measures. We do not promise that a registration will succeed, that an anti-bot challenge will pass, that an account will remain usable, or that the Service will work with any particular proxy or mailbox provider. Any success rate or throughput we quote is a measurement, not a warranty.
The anti-detect browser engine is licensed from a third party and downloaded on first launch. A credential for it is issued through our licence server per launch. If that engine or its licence becomes unavailable to us, the Service may stop working until we replace it, and section 9 applies.
7. Licence checks, updates and usage reports
- The software needs a network path to our licence server. It leases its entitlement in short intervals, and a lease that cannot be renewed stops new launches until it can.
- The software checks for updates. Updates are signed and verified before they run. We may set a minimum supported version; a build below it can be refused service until it is updated.
- The software sends a small usage report with its licence lease: version, per-run outcome counts, engine tier and crash class. It never includes credentials, addresses, proxies, IP addresses, file paths or screenshots.
8. Payments and refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance in US dollars, monthly or annually. Licences are issued through the product Discord, and payment is arranged there. The licence is issued once we have confirmed the payment, and renews when the next period is paid. A subscription that is not renewed ends at the end of the paid period.
Refunds: there are no refunds except where the law requires. The one exception: you can ask for a refund within 7 days of your first purchase if fewer than 50 attempts were used, as measured by the licence server.
Where a consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal that cannot be waived, that law applies in place of this section.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop at any time by not renewing. Your local data stays yours; the software keeps running until the paid period ends, then stops granting launches.
We may suspend or end your licence, without refund, if you break section 2 or 4, if a payment is reversed or disputed, or if your licence key is used from more machines or by more people than the licence allows. We will tell you why on the product Discord unless the law prevents it. We may also end the Service as a whole. We promise no advance notice of that, and remaining paid time is not refunded or prorated.
Sections 5, 6, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination.
10. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim every warranty, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or produce any particular result on a third-party service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost accounts, lost data, or the suspension or closure of an account on a third-party service, however caused. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of section 4, or from the accounts, proxies, mailboxes and other third-party services you connect to it.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version applies when we post it here with a new effective date, without advance notice; we also announce it on the product Discord. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
14. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
